Does this software use AI?

Studio's tools use no generative AI or AI agents. Your script, breakdown, and creative choices remain yours. The software organizes the information you enter into schedules, call sheets, and reports you can review and use.

Does the trial require a card?

No. The 45-day trial is managed inside Kickbiznass Studio and does not collect payment details or renew automatically.

What can I use during the trial?

The trial includes full access to every feature, including Schedule, Breakdown, Storyboards, Equipment, Art, Wardrobe, Documents, Activity, and project backups.

What happens when the trial ends?

Your account is not locked. Your project stays available with Post-trial Basic access. Choose a paid Studio option whenever you want to restore the full toolkit.

Do the paid options include different features?

No. Monthly, Annual, and Founding Lifetime are ways to pay for the same complete Studio product. Same features, same ten hosted projects, same 3 GB of included storage, and the same license owner plus four named collaborator seats.

Do monthly and annual renew automatically?

Yes. Monthly renews every month and Annual renews every year until canceled. The Annual card shows any first-year offer and the rate that applies at renewal. You can cancel at any time and keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.

Is Founding Lifetime a subscription?

No. Founding Lifetime is a single one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription. There is nothing to cancel and nothing renews automatically. It is limited to the first 20 customers.

What happens if I cancel or a payment fails?

Your projects, files, and collaborator memberships stay in your account. Access falls back to Post-trial Basic once the paid period actually ends, and you can restart a paid option at any time.

What does paid Studio access include?

Every core Kickbiznass Studio feature and future core-product updates — ten hosted projects, 3 GB of included file storage, and the license owner plus four named collaborator seats. Lifetime and Legacy Access keep that permanently, for the life of the service.

What is Legacy Access?

Every account that existed before Lifetime Access launched received Legacy Access at no charge — the same permanent core access as a paid Lifetime purchase.

What if I need another collaborator?

Additional collaborator seats are $40 one time each. A seat follows one collaborator across every project you own, so reusing them across your projects never costs another seat.

What is not included?

Storage beyond the included allowance, SMS and other usage-priced messaging, heavy email volume beyond reasonable use, third-party service costs, and custom support or consulting are priced separately from core access.
